Bought my new 2026 Tacoma TRD Sport . Gave it a thorough walk around before singing the delivery papers. After signing, went back out and had a very nasty surprise. Some idiot parked his black truck next to my new Tacoma and did a great scuffing job on the bumper and rear quarter panel.
So, to my pleasant surprise, Chris (service dept) and Marc (sales) stepped up and took care of it! They booked a repair and got it done so fast and they covered it. Turns out it was just a buffing repair and no damage at all. These too guys are awesome and I highly recommend them to all. It’s a rare thing these days to do business with a dealership that has honesty and integrity. Well done people!
