Kudos for Exceptional Customer Care (Stephanie) Today 25-June-2025
Stephanie made time for me today to help relieve my worry/concern about a ‘check engine’ light that appeared on the instrumentation panel of my wife’s 2016 Yaris this morning.
She showed me how to check the coolant level in the vehicle and what symbol to look for on the instrumentation panel — if I was concerned about overheating.
The full radiator was replaced last week for $800+ plus and I was worried that the ‘check engine” indicator may have been related to the replacement work that was done.
Stephanie’s helpfulness and customer education efforts helped me a lot—reduced my anxiety.
She helped me without hesitation and her care/empathy was commendable.
