Hello,
This message is intended to the management of Villa Toyota. I would like thank you and your staff, particularly Maude, Andreanne from the service department and Patrice (Head mechanic) for their customer service and for going above.
I had my service recently done at Orleans Toyota and they weren't attentive to a basic request for my 2019 Camry after buying 4 new tires at their shops but the main basics is that they lacked something important... listening skills and customer service.
Anyway,an error was done by Orleans Toyota and what i just asking was someone to drive my car for 5 min, and gauge the noise....the team at Villa Toyota got to the bottom of the issue and i am thankful for them.
Je veux juste dire merci a Villa Toyota, venant de Toronto, Villa Toyota offered to check my car and it was found that there was an issue with a piece connected to my tire and they drove it. I wasn't asking for the moon.
Anyway, you have my business, to customers out there, Villa Toyota is a dealership not to miss. Just reach out them, theyare attentive to their customers, which is true to Toyota brand!
